REFUND POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. ALL RETURN COSTS ARE ALWAYS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. In most cases, products ordered can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the conditions are met.

The product must not have been used, must be returned in its original condition, and must not be damaged by the customer.

Hygiene products and underwear cannot be returned.

The package must include a Track & Trace code, and the return costs are always borne by the customer, regardless of location.

We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.

You must inform us in advance of your return request.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON ARRIVAL?
If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately as proof that the damage was not caused by you. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged outside of our responsibility.
HOW TO RETURN IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS
Step 1 – Contact us
If you wish to return your order, please send us an email. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and a photo of the product if it is damaged. Also include your first name, last name, and address. After receiving your message, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.
⚠️ Never send the package back to the sender; you will receive the correct return address from us. You, as the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Step 2 – Send your order back
Send the package together with the return form to the provided address. Make sure you use a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the package. Please remember that you must return the package within 14 days of notifying us.
Step 3 – Processing your return
After receiving your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund. The amount will be refunded via the payment method you used for your order, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is part of our commitment to a more sustainable shipping process. In addition, you benefited from free shipping when placing your order.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.
